No. Evaluations conducted at Azana Psychology Center are clinical in nature and are not intended for forensic, legal, custody, or other court-related purposes.
If an evaluation is needed for legal or forensic use, this should be discussed in advance, as such services may fall outside the scope of the practice.
Under the No Surprises Act, private-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges upon request.
This estimate can be provided prior to the start of services when applicable.
